Stackpole Expands NMCR/NMCF Non-magnetic Chip Resistor Series

RALEIGH, NC (April 28, 2010) - Stackpole Electronics, Inc. announces the expansion of its NMCR and NMCF Series of non-magnetic thick film chip resistors include all EIA standard chip sizes from 0402 to 2512. This expansion allows for a broader implementation in medical and non-established reliability military applications. The NMCR has a standard chip design with a wrap around termination and the resistive element on top and the NMCF offers a flip-chip single-sided part with the resistor side down. Other configurations may be available; contact the factory for more details.

The NMCR and NMCF Series are available in standard in resistance values ranging from 1 ohm up to 22M. The TCR for this series is 100 ppm for the most common values and 1% and 5% tolerances are standard. These two series' are available in standard tape and reel packaging and are RoHS compliant. Pricing ranges from $0.008 to $0.12 each in full reel quantities and varies with size and tolerance. Contact Stackpole or one of our franchised distributors for volume pricing.

Pricing for the HPC varies with resistance value and tolerance and ranges from $1.20 to $1.70 each in full reel quantities. Contact Stackpole for volume pricing. The HPC series is available in standard tape and reel packaging in 200 pcs quantities and in bulk. Common values are in stock at Digi-key.
